To deliver shipments we process sender and receiver names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses, package details and tracking events. Messages sent through our contact form are stored so our team can respond.

How we use it

Data is used to provide and track shipments, send shipment notifications, issue invoices, and meet legal obligations. Public tracking pages show limited information (receiver names are abbreviated).

Retention & security

Access to the management system is restricted by role, protected with hashed passwords and logged in an audit trail. Data is retained only as long as necessary.
