Frequently Asked Questions
Your tracking number is printed on your shipping receipt and label and is included in the confirmation email we send when your shipment is created.
Tracking is updated each time your shipment reaches a new milestone — pickup, hub arrival, departure, out for delivery and delivery.
Label Created means we have your shipment details; Picked Up and In Transit mean it is moving; Arrived at Facility means it reached a hub; Out for Delivery means it is with the courier today; Delivered means it has arrived.
Check that you entered the number exactly as shown, without spaces. New shipments can take a few hours to appear. If it still does not work, contact support.
